Terms of Use

1. What Bids2go Provides

Bids2go is an online classified and communication platform that connects individuals and businesses seeking services (“Job Listers”) with individuals and businesses offering services (“Pros”).

Bids2go provides project listings, Pro profiles, search tools and private communication capabilities. Bids2go is not a contractor, employer, agent, broker, or party to any agreement between a Job Lister and a Pro.

Bids2go does not perform, supervise, guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for work arranged through the platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for or use Bids2go.

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for activity occurring through their accounts.

You agree to keep your account information current, to keep your password confidential, and to notify us promptly at Admin@Bids2go.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not create an account for someone else without their authorization, create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions, or transfer or sell your account. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

3. Job Listings

Job Listers may post projects for Pros to review and respond to. Listings remain active for the period specified at purchase, unless removed earlier by the Job Lister or Bids2go.

Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, including when a Job Lister hires a Pro, completes the project, changes plans, or removes the listing before its scheduled expiration.

Bids2go may remove, reject, edit, or restrict listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or Bids2go policies.

Job Listers are responsible for making sure their listings are accurate, lawful, and describe a real project they intend to have performed. Listings may not be used to advertise services, collect contact information, recruit employees, or for any purpose other than seeking services for a genuine project.

4. Job Lister Privacy

Job Listers may initially post and communicate without publicly displaying their identity or exact project location.

The Job Lister controls when and to whom undisclosed information is revealed. A Job Lister may voluntarily disclose their name, address, telephone number, exact project location, or other information at any time, including through Bids2go’s private chat.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when sharing personal information.

Pros may not attempt to identify, locate, or contact a Job Lister outside of Bids2go using information the Job Lister has not chosen to share, and may not use information a Job Lister shares for any purpose other than the project it was shared for.

5. Pros

A Pro subscription provides access to Bids2go project listings and applicable Pro features for the duration of an active subscription.

Bids2go does not verify, vet, certify, endorse, recommend, or guarantee Pros. Registration as a Pro should not be interpreted as Bids2go’s confirmation of a Pro’s identity, qualifications, experience, licensing, insurance, background, financial condition, reputation, or suitability for a particular project.

Pros are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and company information, including any statements about licenses, insurance, certifications, experience, or service areas. Pros may not misrepresent their qualifications or submit bids for work they are not legally permitted or able to perform.

6. User Responsibility

Job Listers are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Pros.

Before hiring, Job Listers should independently determine whether a Pro has the appropriate identity, qualifications, experience, licenses, insurance, references, permits, pricing, and suitability for the work being considered. In Florida, many contractor licenses can be checked through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

Pros are responsible for determining and complying with all licensing, permitting, insurance, tax, business, and other requirements applicable to the services they offer.

7. Communications and Project Arrangements

Bids2go provides private chat to facilitate communication between Job Listers and Pros. Messages are stored and may be reviewed by authorized Bids2go administrators as described in our Privacy Policy.

Users may discuss estimates, bids, project requirements, pricing, schedules, and other arrangements through chat. Bids2go does not routinely collect or track bids, estimates, agreed project prices, or project payments.

Any agreement for services is made directly between the Job Lister and Pro. We encourage users to put the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms of any agreement in writing.

8. Project Payments

Bids2go does not process or facilitate payments between Job Listers and Pros.

Payment terms, deposits, final payments, refunds, warranties, change orders, project scope, scheduling, and other arrangements are solely between the Job Lister and Pro.

Bids2go is not responsible for payment disputes, incomplete or defective work, property damage, injuries, delays, warranties, contractual disagreements, or other disputes arising from a project.

9. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Bids2go and its payment processor to charge your designated payment method each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. A Pro who cancels may continue using the paid subscription through the end of the current billing period.

If a recurring payment fails, Bids2go may suspend or restrict Pro access until payment is successfully resolved.

Payments already made for a subscription period are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly authorized by Bids2go.

10. Fees, Pricing and Promotions

Current fees for Job Listings, Pro subscriptions, and advertising are shown on our Pricing page or at checkout. Bids2go may change its fees at any time. Changes to recurring subscription fees will apply to your next billing period after we provide notice, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment card information is handled by our third-party payment processor and is not stored by Bids2go.

Promotional codes, discounts, and special programs (such as Founding Pro status) are subject to the terms stated when they are offered, may have expiration dates and usage limits, have no cash value, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Bids2go may modify or end a promotion, or deactivate codes that are misused, shared without authorization, or redeemed fraudulently.

11. Advertising and Sponsored Placements

Bids2go may display advertising, including paid placements purchased by Pros or other businesses. Paid placements will be labeled as sponsored or advertising.

Advertising and sponsored placements are not an endorsement or recommendation by Bids2go and do not affect a Pro’s organic position in search results. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements. Bids2go may approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at its discretion.

12. Ratings, Reviews and Surveys

Bids2go may request, collect, analyze, and publish ratings, reviews, surveys, or other feedback regarding users and experiences arising from the platform.

Users submitting feedback must provide information they reasonably believe to be truthful and must not knowingly submit false, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading information. Users may not offer or accept payment or other incentives in exchange for reviews, or post reviews about themselves or their competitors.

Bids2go may consider complaints, ratings, reviews, survey responses, platform conduct, and other available information when determining whether a Job Lister or Pro may continue using Bids2go.

13. User Content

“User Content” means anything you post or submit to Bids2go, including listings, photos, profile and company information, messages, reviews, and feedback. You keep ownership of your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant Bids2go a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform. This license ends when your content is removed from Bids2go, except for copies kept in backups, as required by law, or as reasonably needed to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate these Terms, the law, or anyone else’s rights. Bids2go does not pre-screen all User Content and is not responsible for content posted by users, but may remove any content at its discretion.

14. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Bids2go to engage in fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination prohibited by law, illegal activity, impersonation, deceptive practices, spam, misuse of another person’s information, interference with the website, or other conduct Bids2go determines may harm the platform or its users.

Without limiting the above, you may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data or contact information from Bids2go using automated means, or use the platform to build a competing service or list;
• Send unsolicited advertising or marketing to other users;
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bids2go, other accounts, or our systems;
• Share your Pro subscription or account access with others, or resell access to listings; or
• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

15. Safety

Bids2go does not conduct background checks on users. Use common sense and caution when communicating with, meeting, or allowing anyone into your home or business. Consider meeting at the project site only after you are comfortable, confirming identity and credentials, and avoiding payment methods that cannot be traced or reversed. If you believe a user has acted unlawfully or unsafely, contact local law enforcement and let us know at Admin@Bids2go.com.

16. Suspension and Termination

Bids2go may remove content or suspend or terminate a Job Lister or Pro account at its discretion, including based upon suspected violations, complaints, misuse, safety concerns, ratings or reviews, or other findings Bids2go considers relevant to protecting the platform or its users.

You may stop using Bids2go and close your account at any time by contacting us. If your account is closed or terminated, your access to listings, messages, and Pro features ends, and any fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue (including those on payments, User Content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes) will survive termination.

17. No Guarantee of Results

Bids2go does not guarantee that a Job Lister will receive responses, estimates or satisfactory services, or that a Pro will receive inquiries, projects, customers, revenue, or any particular amount of business.

The availability and quality of listings, Pros, communications, and opportunities may vary by location and over time.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bids2go is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bids2go disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Bids2go does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the platform, including information provided by users, is accurate or reliable.

19. Limitation of Liability

Users interact and enter into agreements with one another at their own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bids2go is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Job Listers, Pros, or other users, or for losses or damages arising from communications, meetings, services, projects, payments, or agreements between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bids2go, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Bids2go. Bids2go’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Bids2go in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bids2go, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Bids2go, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or the law, or any project, agreement, or dispute between you and another user.

21. Intellectual Property

The Bids2go name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Bids2go, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the platform only as permitted by these Terms and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Bids2go without our written permission.

22. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Bids2go infringes your copyright, please send a notice to Admin@Bids2go.com that includes: a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the content on Bids2go; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, along with your physical or electronic signature. Bids2go may remove content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

23. Third-Party Services and Links

Bids2go relies on third-party services, such as Stripe for payment processing, and may contain links to third-party websites, including advertisers’ websites. Your use of those services and websites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Bids2go is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, or products.

24. Electronic Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from Bids2go electronically, including by email and through on-site notifications, regarding your account, listings, messages, subscriptions, and changes to these Terms. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time; account and transactional messages will still be sent while your account is active.

25. Privacy

Use of Bids2go is also subject to the Bids2go Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information, communications, payment-related information, cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies are handled.

26. Disputes and Governing Law

If you have a concern about Bids2go, please contact us first at Admin@Bids2go.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or Bids2go that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Disputes between Job Listers and Pros are solely between those users. Bids2go may, but is not required to, help users communicate about a dispute.

27. Changes to These Terms

Bids2go may update these Terms as the platform, services, fees, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on Bids2go.com with its effective date.

Continued use of Bids2go after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

28. General Terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Bids2go regarding the platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Bids2go may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. Bids2go is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
