Frequently asked questions

Does Bids2Go take a cut of the job or handle payment?

No. Bids2Go does not process or facilitate project payments. Job Listers and Pros agree on pricing and payment directly through private chat.

How does the $29 additional listing price work?

Your first active Job Listing is $39. As long as you have at least one active listing, each additional listing is $29. Every listing has its own 60-day period starting on the day it’s posted.

What happens when my Job Listing reaches 60 days?

Listings expire automatically after 60 days. You can also end a listing early at any time without affecting your other active listings.

How do I cancel my Pro Registration?

Pro Registration renews monthly on your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard.

Can I combine discount codes?

Only one discount code may be used per transaction, and codes cannot be stacked. Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to the first charge only, not to renewals.

Will advertising improve my ranking in Pro listings?

No. Sponsored placements are shown separately from organic results and have no effect on your organic Pro-listing position.
